Q1. Is the hair virgin unprocessed?

A: Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed.

Q2. Why the hair has grey hair?

A: As virgin hair, we keep its original state. We will pick out the grey hair before packing, but kindly
understand there might be some minimum exist in the bundle

Q3. How can I order one more bundle?

A. You could place an order first, do not pay, leave a msg about what extra length you need, contact
the seller to adjust the order amount so you could pay.

Q4. Why my order is frozen? What can I do?

A: It is payment security problem, please check with your bank why they block payment on aliexpress.
